My 30 year old concrete garage floor had a lot of problems: salt damage under where the cars are parked causing the concrete to crumble, multiple cracks throughout the garage, some over a 1/4” wide. Lee’s crew said the prep work was some of the most difficult they had done. But just like they advertise, they finished the prep and did the entire approx. 600 sq. ft. garage by mid-afternoon.
