The crew arrived right on time and James and I confirmed all the details, then he and his assistant went to work on demolition. That and all other phases of the work progressed very efficiently and the project was completed exactly on schedule.
The only negative issue I found was that the shower base was slippery. I called my project manager and she sent the field manager to my house the next business day and corrected the problem.
