My 6x8 ft bathroom took 6 days to finish. The product itself is beautiful. The problem is with the workmanship. I have had to pay 550 dollars for floor joist repairs that the contractor said should have been noted by the installer before installation and now I have an 800 dollar plumber here due to improperly installed drain, ptrap and vent. Installer didn't even use the correct plumbing materials for the job. So. My 14000.00 shower got me a squeaing shower and an improperly vented bathroom ... Read more
Richard Meeks was our sales rep. He was very friendly and has a good sense of humor. He was very knowledgable and patient. Richard answered all of our questions and we had a lot of them. Richard never rushed us thru the process nor did he pressure us to sign a contract. Very pleasant experience.
Aubrey, Shelby and Ethan all did an awesome job! They were so polite and neat! Left zero mess for me to deal with. I am extremely pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them. My next bathroom will definitely be done through this company as well.
