Their salesman came out and gave us a bid and the when we tried to follow-up he was no longer with the company. 2 weeks later they came out and remeasured. After 2 more weeks we called the company 3 times and NEVER received a return call. We eventually cancelled the order through Home Depot. They are a Home Depot approved contractor and just don't understand how a company can be that bad and have such good reviews.
