Frank, our field Rep., came out and inspected our shower for issues I thought were happening with the glass shower doors. He was very professional and helpful. As it turned out, the door had just become misaligned and was quickly put right. He also inspected the bench as I had questions on the weight distribution. All was fine but as I said, Frank calmed my concerns quickly. This is a great company with wonderful employees.
