The two installers (both named Carlos) did an excellent job. They were so respectful of our home and to us. They cleaned up everything before leaving. The bathroom looks amazing and the price is affordable.
My shower floor was a little too slick for my 92 year old mother, so I messaged Allie at Zintex. She responded right away and put me in contact with the field manager. Willie Cardwell. I was just expecting to get recommendations for a matt of some sort. But Mr. Cardwell said there was a spray that would help. He came out the next day. He let me know when he would be there. And he was. Allie followed up to make sure everything went well. Awesome service. After the fact
