Summer, our project manager, was great in quickly forwarding our case to Service Manager Philip Harod who came out and expertly resolved our issues, which included adding some new parts Having a lifetimewarranty with Zintex, and the outstanding customer service we have received, is noteworthy and has exceeded expectations.         We really enjoy the look of our new shower! (Haven’t used it yet 😉). Chris was very professional and spent time answering my questions and or explaining certain aspects of the process. He worked hard and didn’t waste time. Kerry kept me updated via text on product delivery and scheduled appointment. I would reach out to the company with other bathroom needs.
