Customer Service and follow up has been just awful!! My shower door has come off track twice, water gets on my floor, and there is an opening in the sealant on the wall. I’m tired of calling, leaving voicemail messages, and sending texts. The sales pitch was amazing, and it looks good; but it’s not worth what I financed. As a physician I know that if customer service is terrible, it completely negates all the positives.

Kate Peper was professional in setting everything up. I talked with David Hisaw before and after installation. He addressed all my questions and concerns as well. Overall, the team I dealt with exceeded my expectations.
