Hi Adnan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience. We have gotten both our Marketing and Sales Directors involved to find out where the confusion was regarding the promotion and the price that the Design Consultant presented. On the promotion side, we've never offered 50% off the entire price of the bathroom. Based on how we track each of our advertising sources, you contacted us from our "50% off Installation" promo, which is different than 50% off the entire project. On the Design Consultant side, we had our Sales leadership listen to the recording of your in-home visit (as all our Design Consultants record their visits for quality control purposes) and you were presented with a final quote for $20,563, so we are unsure where the $35,000 number came from. The final price of $20,563 included a 35% off MSRP discount. At Zintex our Design Consultants try to do everything that we can to make a bathroom remodel as affordable as we possible can, whether a customer is looking to pay cash or have a monthly payment plan. We understand that we are not going to be able to provide a price that makes everyone happy and earns everyone's business. We admit that we are not the cheapest out there, because of the quality of products, installation and warranty that we provide, but at the end of the day a number of our 5 star Google review customers saw the value of having their bathroom remodel professionally installed by a local company. We realize that we've lost the opportunity to earn your business, but will do additional training with all our staff to make sure there isn't any confusion with our advertising and what promotions are presented in the home when a quote is provided.
