Hall bathroom (pictures 1&2) came out great. Installer, James Wilkins, was thorough and answered all questions and concerns we had. When we had concerns with possible scratches on wall, Melissa Altringer, master design consultant, got it resolved. Account manager, Natalie Harrod, gave updates on project time-line and progress. Never had phone or text conversation with field manager, Willie Cardwell. Otherwise would be 5-star review.
