            Had an appointment this afternoon. I had told the girl on the phone yesterday that my 90 year old mother would not be taking part in the meeting. The guy shows up, asks if my mom is going to take part in the meeting, I said no and he didn't not take measurements or discuss anything having to do with the remodel. He said the company might reach back out to me with another solution. Yes, it's her house but she is old and doesn't feel like taking part in making decisions. I do not understand how th... Read more
