We had Bath Planet to renovate our Master Bath with a new enlarged shower and a walk in tub. They did a fantastic job!!! We did have an issue with the shower ( not good water pressure and issue with getting hot water). They came out three times and last time changed out a part in the water control and finally got it fixed! They had to move plumbing around in the slab foundation, repair a wall where a large window had been leaking and they completed the renovation within the time frame promis...Read more

My father-in-law wanted to purchase a shower. Was going to pay cash upfront. They said his wife had to be at appointment. He told them she was not available that she is out of town taking care of elderly mother, and that he made all decisions.They did not want his money, as they insisted she be there, would not work with us at all. They were very unprofessional and uncooperative. We would not recommend this company at all.

We had two bathrooms remodeled there are multiple issues with both of them and I have made several phone calls to try and talk with project manager and all they tell me is he will call back we even took pictures and sent them to them so that they can see the issues
