Updated old 70s bathtub/shower to something that is ADA compliant. KiYanne was great with communication and making sure everything ran smoothly for scheduling and reminders. Matthew did the installation. He was professional and personable. He gave us ETA each morning when to expect him. He also made sure the bars were installed where we would like them. Top it all off is the lifetime warranty. Overall experience has been great. Highly recommend!

We had Zintex come in to take out my MIL'S safe step tub and install a wheelchair accesable shower with a ramp. It is BEAUTIFUL. Dawn was super helpful with getting started and the paperwork, however the STAR of the show was Palo. He's an absolute treasure and whomever hired him should be proud. He worked his tail off, got the job done in an quick and clean manor. He worked through an ice storm frequently having to go outside in it without complaining at all. I would recommend him to anyone. Justin did an awesome job changing our tub to a shower unit! He was very professional and knowledgeable on his skills and work! Only flaw I noticed was on the second day he was eighteen minutes late, and the third day he was eight minutes late also. He overall is an exceptional worker!
