My husband and I scheduled an appointment for 11/30/24. The guy came out, took all measurements, we chose our styles, and we chatted for a little while. He was very nice. He said he would have to run the measurements by someone else, and he would get back to us with the quote on Monday. We'll it's 1/3/25, and we haven't heard from the company despite phone calls and sending text messages informing them we haven't received a quote.
