I could not be MORE PLEASED with the EXCELLENT job Charles Dorman, the installer for my walk-in shower tub did !! He was very professional, and explained every step he would do before he began the install. He had me to stand by the shower to determine how high or low he needed to place the grab bars inside the unit. The materials used were sturdy and beautiful. I was in AWE of the finished product !!
