Good communications from the PM (Priscilla) leading up to install day and throughout the install process. Awesome job by Timi, Latonya and Rigo. The design specialist, Timi was highly motivated and professional in her sales delivery. Latonya, our account manager was very professional in answering install questions and install milestones. Rigo, our installer is a highly skilled craftsman.
