James was the lead of the crew. Every one of them were professional, knowledgeable, and took care of our home while they work! James educated us how to use the shower heads, informed us how to clean the new shower and which products to use and what not to use. We were told not to use the shower until 24 hours have passed. Overall it was great experience and they finished EVERYTHING ONE DAY.
After having various companies give estimates, we liked Zintex. Tyler did a great job of explaining the process to us. Dawn kept the communication open. Letting us know when the materials came in. We even moved the installation to a week earlier!! Polo did a very professional job. He kept us informed on the progress. He gave my husband advice to help him finish the remodeling of our bathroom.
