The installer showed up promptly and was shown the location for the shower to be installed. Talked over a few details and he got on with demolition of old tub and preparing for walk-in shower base and sides. Contacted later for locations of handrails shelves and shower head, when those were located left again. Our Sales Rep Skye was very prompt ,informative & personable! Our Account Mgr…was Natalie ,then was switched over to Dawn…but both kept me informed to shipment of my products ,installation & what to expect!
