Richard did a great job installing our walk in shower He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. He was also very friendly and polite. Our new walk in shower looks wonderful! Also from the beginning our salesman Matt was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Cindy our account manager kept us updated and Stephanie also kept us informed and followed up with us after the install. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The worker came in our home introduced himself and explained what his job was and what he was suppose to do. He went over the list of things that he was to install and we checked them off. He checked the work area where he was going to be working, he covered the floors from the bathroom all the way to the front door, he covered some things in the bathroom so they would not get dusty, he answered questions that we had .he did everything in a timely manner, he cleaned up behind himself.
