Kerry, our point of contact, and David, our installer were great. However, I wasn’t prepared for just one guy doing all the work which took 3, full days. It looks nice, but didn’t read the fine print…acrylic tub and because of the way the back slopes, although it’s deeper, I’m not able to fully immerse the way I imagined. If I had it to do over, I would get estimates to get new tile and replace with porcelain or ceramic-type tub. Nice folks though!
