Very pleased with the entire process. From Dave, the sales rep, to Dawn, the account manager, to Marco, the installer, everything went smoothly. Dave explained the process in detail and was very helpful and patient in choosing the materials. Dawn was even able to move the installation up from the original date scheduled. Marco and his assistant, Justin, were very professional, meticulous, friendly and polite. Excellent experience!
