I received my walking bathtub today. It was install by a very nice man named Charles Dorman. He did a wonderful job of installing the tub. I am thrilled with the job he did, it turned out great.
Brien was a great sales person, a very likeable guy. He gave us the impression that this would be a precisely done install by very competent installers. This did not turn out to be the case.
