Ethan did a great job of installing our basement shower! At the last minute he for a call from Zintex to come to Elbing, KS. (he is from Tulsa, OK) due to the installer from Wichita who had an unexpected family medical emergency and he very kindly came even though he had to get up at 3 am to make it here in time!
