Dawn the Project Manager who scheduled the work and followed up to make sure everything went well and I was satisfied. Michael was the lead installer. He called too let me know he and his crew were on the way. They got started on arrival and worked straight through to completion. The new Jacuzzi walk in shower looks great and is so functional.
