My brother InLaw is a partially paralyzed handicap man living in West TX and in need of a conversion tub to handicap shower. This company Zintex came to his home today and turned him down for a quote because his father who owns the home is in another state under hospice home care. The representative said I'm sorry I cannot give you a quote because its company policy that the owner has to be present and left.
