Our new shower works great for us. My husband and I wanted a shower that was beautiful and one that we would never have to worry with again. Bath Planet delivered. The shower is beautiful. The Forever Warranty is such a comfort. We paid more for this shower than we would have if we had purchased it somewhere else, or had it built and tiled, but we never have to worry with it again, so I guess it's worth the extra money.

We had a tub converted to a shower. The installers were professional and did an amazing job, excellent install, excellent product and they cleaned up perfectly every day. Very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend.

Very nice employees and hard workers. Everything looks nice but I had a rather long (13 feet) of counter installed with many drawers. Checking after everyone left and found that three of the drawers are non functioning because they are not attached to the rails, This is totally unacceptable. I went from being very happy to extremely disappointed. I have called the company for repairs. An update: Bath Planets Service Manager came out and worked on the drawers.
