Matthew came out and explained the process of putting in our walk in shower. Rodrigo was the installer. I was very impressed with him, excellent workmanship. He went the extra step on everything. It took a day and half. His crew clean up everyday. We had a seat installed for my wife, was extremely expensive. Not to happy about the price of the seat. The whole process was expensive, but very pleased with outcome. Janie was very helpful, with any questions we had.
