Justin Collins did an outstanding job on the installation. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was knowledgeable about the product and installation process and addressed all our questions and concerns. There was one hitch in the installation, cut control wires to heat pump, Justin was quick and honest about what happened which allowed me to fix the problem quickly.
