Update Zintex local manager reached out to talk with me. In September or October said she would check into seeing what could be done. I never heard from her again or someone from corporate. It's now April and still no communication from them at all. So no resolution to date. All I can say is stay far away from Zintex remodeling group or bath planet. Do not hold up their end of deal.
