We spent over 15k for a shower install that leaked right away and ruined the ceiling downstairs. Almost a year later it is leaking again. Edit: changing my review from a 1 to 4. Although it was still a headache from a faulty install, Phil did all he could to make sure it was finally repaired and damage restored.
