My guy at Zintec was timely and got right to work. Donte I believe was his name was very courteous and thorough. He went over the design with me before starting to make sure everything was what I wanted. He worked alone so it took him about 8 hrs from start to finish. Lovell Flippin came in and showed us multiple options and prices. He was new to this company (of course I had to ask how long he had been with the company) His personality was respectful friendly and down to earth & it actually felt like he was an old friend visiting. Had an appointment this afternoon. I had told the girl on the phone yesterday that my 90 year old mother would not be taking part in the meeting. The guy shows up, asks if my mom is going to take part in the meeting, I said no and he didn't not take measurements or discuss anything having to do with the remodel. He said the company might reach back out to me with another solution. Yes, it's her house but she is old and doesn't feel like taking part in making decisions. I do not understand how th... Read more
