Gave a good quote on remodeling of 2 bathrooms and kitchen. We tried them on the smallest bathroom (a floor, vanity-sink, upper cabinet, and tub). It was okay, but there were some problems, including a warped cabinet door, and then they actually failed to follow-up as promised to replace the door. Very strange and disappointing. So they missed out on a lot of business--the other bathroom and entire kitchen--we were planning to give them.
This company doesn't want your business.
They actively tried to get rid of my partner on the phone and jumped to conclusions about her income, decision making ability, and future plans for the home.
Simple facts:
-My partner is the sole owner of the home and sole decision maker on the bathroom project that she called for. I have 0 input or desire to have input as it is not my home and not a home I have paid for.
