Update Zintex local manager reached out to talk with me. In September or October said she would check into seeing what could be done. I never heard from her again or someone from corporate. It's now April and still no communication from them at all. So no resolution to date. All I can say is stay far away from Zintex remodeling group or bath planet. Do not hold up their end of deal.

Our tub removal/shower installation was finished in two days on the dates originally projected. Kellie Marlow kept us informed by email during the entire process, and answered our questions as they arose. The installer, David Huertas called prior to his arrival and accomplished the demo, plumbing and base install the first day. I am so happy I waited and got a second quote on our bathroom shower renovation with Zintex. Their senior design consultant , Jerry Thorn, was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and proud to be working for this company. When he showed us samples of the products Zintex provides, the shower pan was the ultimate and is what synched the sale for us.
