My salesperson, Bill Gorely, was amazing. He was outright and forthcoming with every detail of the Bath Planet Product and the installation process. Angel, the Project Project Manager that keep me posted on the project status was always timely in project updates and kept us we'll informed throughout the process. Thaddeus and Lori did an amazing job on the installation. They were always on time, communicated every step, and the absolute best to work with.
