Michael our sales representative was great, however office staff had poor communication and the app never was updated to show status of project. Once installation was complete we noticed several issues. Shower doors do not completely seal, we have to replace the door frame, a section of breadboard had to be replaced die to it being damaged and we had to repair a hole in the wall. Wayne and Sammy did an excellent job installing the new tub and commode. Their workmanship was exceptional. I also want to add that Janie kept me posted on the order preparation and worked to move the installation up a week to accommodate me being on vacation so I was home during the entire process.
