I’ll start with the positives regarding my experience with this company. The windows themselves are fantastic, and the installers also did a great job. And Chris my sales associate was awesome. The negative experience I had them was regarding communication and misinformation from the office staff. Was told it would take 3-4 weeks to receive the windows/doors, and in between we had called to check status of the windows. Center Point Renovations was professional from the scheduling lady to Jason, our sales associate, to Will and Robert, our installers. We are very pleased with the final product. They even caulked the interior of the windows with paintable caulk to facilitate touch-ups. We got Milgard windows and our house is so quiet! We cannot hear as much outside noise as before.
