Rude staff. Talked to a rep Saturday (1/31) at the Home show. They were supposed to follow up on 2/23. Instead called me twice this morning (2/2). When I pointed out they called twice 3 weeks earlier than expected, the rep said "So the 23rd then. What time?" I told him not to call, that I'll call when I'm ready, and he just hung up on me.
