Bode Duke, the sales representative, was so thorough in his presentation of what Jacuzzi had to offer and all of the options to choose from, that my husband and I decided, on the spot, that this was the company for the job. We were impressed with the fact that multiple measurements were taken and that one his instruments was able to detect where water damage occurred behind the existing shower.
