            Hate to rain on your good reviews, but our experience was a little different. I spoke to Morgan when I called to set up an appraisal appointment. Poor Morgan was reading off a script when getting my information. I had interrupted her and apparently it caused her to lose her place because she asked me the same question twice.             Was a little worried because they were running a little late I was afraid they were not gonna show up. But once he got there, they were spot on and ready to go. My installer was Johnathan Hernandez. He and his co-worker were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable of what he needed to do. He went through each step with us and explained what needs to be done. He even had us go in and confirm as to where we wanted our shelves and handrails put in as well as the seat height.
