Rude staff. Talked to a rep Saturday (1/31) at the Home show. They were supposed to follow up on 2/23. Instead called me twice this morning (2/2). When I pointed out they called twice 3 weeks earlier than expected, the rep said "So the 23rd then. What time?" I told him not to call, that I'll call when I'm ready, and he just hung up on me. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for the rude behavior of our staff, as this is not how they are trained to handle a potential customer. We will pull the call recording and make sure our agent is coached, as well as find out why you were called earlier than your request. If there's any opportunity to speak with you on February 23rd about your bathroom remodeling project, I will personally make sure that one of our Managers contacts you and I'll authorize you to receive an additional $250 off your project, due to the improper way you were treated.
