CenterPoint maintained a very professional approach and honored their work. They were very polite and did a good job taking out our old tub and putting in a new tub and shower. They also replaced our vanity countertop. The quality is great and the attitude is fantastic. There was an issue with the first install with some hardware, but they came back and fixed the issue without issue.

I’ll start with the positives regarding my experience with this company. The windows themselves are fantastic, and the installers also did a great job. And Chris my sales associate was awesome. The negative experience I had them was regarding communication and misinformation from the office staff. Was told it would take 3-4 weeks to receive the windows/doors, and in between we had called to check status of the windows.
