Zucca is and has been amazing. We had a new roof around 3 yrs ago. Just recently we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling around where the fireplace is. When I called them, they had someone out the next day yo inspect it! Originally I was told it would be a couple of weeks for them to get a crew out, however i got a call the next day telling me they had a crew coming that morning.
