Communication was poor… took very long to get our project completed. I am a patient guy. But the lack of communication was frustrating. I had to reach out every time to get updates. They subcontract all their work so it’s hard to get quality control. I am still waiting for a call from them to come fix our door bell as they cut power to it. I called and was told they figure out how to go about it (Again because they subcontract) but never got a call back.

After a freak hailstorm in October of 2023 had several roofing companies come inspect our roof. Chat with Zucca was the most thorough so we went with them. Couldn't be happier. Chad worked with the claims adjuster closely to get out claim approved. The roof and gutters look great and look forward to getting a window replaced too.
