Called Zucca on 5/28 for an estimate on hail damage to my house, garage, and shop. I was told they were running behind and it might take two weeks before they'd have someone out. I waited almost a month for a response before finally calling back on 6/24. I was told Chad had been assigned to come to my house. Reply to owner: The storm damage was done on May 25, so we did not contact you in April, and we DID pay you $600 - I wrote the check on June 10. Invoice # 12692-1. So YOU must have us confused with someone else. Original post: Called them after storm damage to our roof. They put a tarp on our roof - but did a poor job of it.
