My elderly mother used Zucca to replace her gutters in the fall. She had insurance to pay for it. Insurance reimbursed for the first portion and she was supposed to receive the remainder after the job was complete. She verified with Zucca that they would submit everything to insurance after the job was complete. They stated they would take care of everything. Well they didn’t.
