Zucca roofing did an amazing job of replacing our roof and shake shingles following a damaging hail storm. Chase, the owner, worked with the insurance company and adjuster to make a plan and then started and completed the job in a timely manner. The workers were very courteous and did a thorough clean up every day. They were on the job from early morning until dark, We highly recommend this company to anyone needing a major repair from storm damage.
Communication was poor… took very long to get our project completed. I am a patient guy. But the lack of communication was frustrating. I had to reach out every time to get updates. They subcontract all their work so it’s hard to get quality control. I am still waiting for a call from them to come fix our door bell as they cut power to it. I called and was told they figure out how to go about it
(Again because they subcontract) but never got a call back.
Zucca was very responsive to our needs after hail damage to our roof. They worked with our insurance company and walked us through all the steps. The communication was excellent. The workers were very professional and extremely fast while doing a great job.
