Called Zucca on 5/28 for an estimate on hail damage to my house, garage, and shop. I was told they were running behind and it might take two weeks before they'd have someone out. I waited almost a month for a response before finally calling back on 6/24. I was told Chad had been assigned to come to my house. The storm damage was done on May 25, so we did not contact you in April, and we DID pay you $600 - I wrote the check on June 10. Invoice # 12692-1. So YOU must have us confused with someone else.
