My elderly mother used Zucca to replace her gutters in the fall. She had insurance to pay for it. Hey Mary. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Im really sorry she’s having to deal with this. I would love to look into this and see how we make this right for her. We do send final invoices to insurance for our customers. There are a lot of things that can happen between that point and a customer getting their depreciation check.
