Not only did they cost less they used better materials than the other estimates i got. Communication is Top Notch from the Estimator to the Production Manager to the guys working. There are always ways for companies to inflate the job as its done. They were the OPPOSITE, conserved wood decking where they could and replaced the full sheet only if needed. I would recommend them to my own mother, and will be recommending to my son. 100% trustable and on the up an up.

2024 update: I've since moved houses - we had some heavy hail in my new location, so I called Zucca out to check things out for me. Brian did a great job with the inspection, we caught some other damage on the house and are working through the insurance claim. Things have been moving smoothly so far. New roof install looks great!
