My Father paid for a new roof on his house which is just a year old and now there's more leaks then what he had before. This was in December of 2018 whenever i personally met him and they claimed that they would be back the first of January to "attempt" to repair the roof. Zucca roofing is an AMAZING COMPANY !! All the people with this company work very hard to insure the job is done right.From having the materials delivered and having the shingles put on the roof.To tearing off the old roof and installing the new roof.They also installed new peak vents and painted all the other vents brown to match.The clean up was very good with NO TRASH or NAILS left around our home.Thank you very much !!!!! Worked on neighbors roof and used my driveway to throw debris down to. While I couldn't park there for two days, I specifically asked them to check the driveway for nails.When they were done I checked the drive and found a few nails. Apparently I didn't find them all, one ended up in my tire, and found 4 more after that. I still have s bit of trash roofing material in my driveway weeks later.
The roof there still isn't done, so I hope they don't come back and make another mess.
Came out to tarp a 6" hole, the tarp was 3'×2', and it was done very professionally. That being said they charged me $300 for 15 min of work! WHAT A JOKE! IF U WANT TO GET WAY OVERCHARGED CALL THESE GUYS. I called, paid, and explained how ridiculous the charge was but i got some lame "I'll pass it on" and that was it.
