Roof replacement bid was in the middle price range of 3 bids. I have used Zucca before and so, I gave them the contract.As soon as contract was signed, work started within the week. However, an accident/ mishap happened, but it was repaired within reasonable time and all is well. They also showed up during insurance inspection and will do other insurance paperwork.
