Zucca Roofing did an excellent job replacing and installing our roof! They communicated with us during the entire process regarding timing and possible weather related delays. Roof replacement bid was in the middle price range of 3 bids. I have used Zucca before and so, I gave them the contract.As soon as contract was signed, work started within the week. However, an accident/ mishap happened, but it was repaired within reasonable time and all is well. They also showed up during insurance inspection and will do other insurance paperwork.
